I’m Mark — a photographer with a passion for capturing the world as I find it.

My journey into photography started simply: wandering around with a mobile phone, taking photos to fill the time during visits to a certain animated mouse-themed fun park. What began as a casual hobby quickly became something much more meaningful.

In 2017, I decided to take the plunge and invest in my first DSLR. I haven’t looked back since.

I’m at my happiest outdoors — exploring country paths, climbing hills, and walking without a fixed destination. I’m drawn to natural landscapes, wildlife, and the unexpected details you only notice when you take a moment to take it all in.

More recently, I’ve started exploring live performance photography. While I’m often working with just my phone — three rows from the front, arms raised above the crowd — I love the challenge of capturing moments with limited tools, in tight spaces, and ever-changing light. It has pushed me creatively and sharpened my eye for timing and composition.

Photography, for me, is about being present, embracing the environment around me, and finding beauty in both the planned and the unpredictable.
